The National Harvest Festival is an yearly event which celebrates the spirit, nature and everything associated with traditional & authentic America-cowboys, farmers and food.
This year the National Harvest Festival commences from 11th September’09 . With over 100 artisans & 400 musicians, the event will showcase performances, crafts, and cuisines reflecting the true Western American culture & lifestyle while finally drawing to a close on October 31st.
One of the key attractions of the National Harvest Festival is the
Salute to the Great American Cowgirl. Experience the thrill of skillful horse riding with some of the most exciting horseback tricks and stunts performed by the world famous horseback riding team of The All American Cowgirl Chicks.
Art & craft lovers will have a special time at The National Harvest Festival when some of the finest art & craft displays decorate the festival surroundings. This one-of-a-kind exhibition features truly unique products from eye catching jewelry, colorful & delicate stained glass sculptures to exquisite hand made clothing.
Like every year, this year's highlight at the National Harvest Festival will be the extravagent musical Broadway show
Headin' West. This dance, drama & musical extravaganza is certainly not something to be missed which beautifully depicts the story of western American people during the 1870s.
Headin' West is a show which offers a cast of talented performers, exceptional music, elaborate sets, colorful costumes and spectacular special effects.
The concluding part of the National Harvest Festival experiences a feast of authentic tastes of the fall harvest with cuisines and delicacies bringing back memories of the old wild west.
